when true magic happens.

the day has come - after months, possibly even years of considering it,

i am finally publishing my blog.

as some of you might still know me from my modeling days, the platforms through which i first started sharing my thoughts, were social media channels like facebook and then instagram.

however, for a while now i have been feeling like i wanted to write for my blog and through that, really transmit the calmness of reading, when sharing my thoughts, rather than just throwing them into the hectic oversaturated social media madness.

that doesn’t mean i no longer am going to share anything on social media, nor does it mean that one way or the other is better - it simply means that this platform is going to be my world in which i will share my thoughts with all of you, in a way that feels most authentic to me personally.

ultimately, i will do my best to help you - through sharing these thought processes, stories and techniques, which have helped me transform my own self and life - so that you can improve the overall relationship with your self and discover new heights of self-acceptance, self-respect, and self-love.

now coming back to why it has taken me so long to start this blog is simple,

and the first thing i’d like to talk with you all about today:

fear.

the fear of not being perfect.

the fear of not being professional enough.

the fear of not being able to get it done.

the voice inside my head (which we all have, and which i will talk about a lot in the future)

kept telling me that i’d still need "this" and "that" until i’d be ready to start my blog,

when in reality - we will never be truly ready for anything in life.

true magic happens when we find a way to listen to our intuition, our heart, and our soul,

and we go for it even though we still feel scared and not fully equipped to make that move.

because "ready" is nothing but an illusion, and if we wait to truly feel ready, we will wait forever.

so believe in yourself and your ability to figure things out as they will come.

i know i did by sharing this first blog post - and i can tell you, it actually feels amazing.

always remember: if i can do it, so can you.

talk soon and much love,

daniel bamdad
